Olive palazzo

hi! So today i'm coming to tell you about this pants (don't mind my face it's a morning selfie on a difficult awakening.)

I wanted a large legged pants since forever and had this fabric I bought for another project that failed and it sit on my shelf for months. Until I finally came up with this design. Plus, I didn't have that much panst at the time (as you may know now I have plenty of pants thanks to myself and my obsessive sewing) .

This is my favortite pants to wear yet (see the "yet"? there are more to come ). I love the colour first, then I love the shape and also the flower touch added by the pockets. I wear it like the colour was a neutral  with pink or even with mustard yellow.

find me on Instagram @la_limandi and  on youtube search for la limandi

I didn't want it to be wholly olive so I dug in my fabrics and found this (yes this is the one , the fabric I have on almost every projects since the blog started...).

I started with one of my pants and widen the width of the legs and the waist's height. For the pocket, I sewed the black fabric on the pocket part of the pants before assembling it to the pants.

If you're a beginners, pants are not the first choice I would make but this one is quite easy. Plus since I didn't want to put on an elastic, I adjusted the waist with a zipper that close right to my size.
