Hey Hey hey! As promised; I leave you here the explanations to make yourself a pencil case. They are super easy and you can even sew them by hand (yes I even made some with children ) .Please ask me if things are unclear.
place the zipper between the two fabrics (right side against the main fabric
sew and turn it to see if everything is sewed fine.
Fold it so the right sides touches and the zipper is in between and sew.
Cut the excess fabric and turn it outside right.
Here, you have two options: classic flat pencil case, flat middle zippered pencil case or boxy pencil case .
with the pencil case innside out, sew on both sides. Be careful, the zipper must be opened before sewing.
fold it so the zipper is in the middle and inside out and sew the sides.
You can stop there or you can fold the corners and sew them as shown in the pictures above. Cut the excess and turn it right side up.
You have now three exemples of making pencil cases. Hope you enjoyed. Mine are too small for pens but you can choose your sizes by mesuring your pens .
